The fourteen-storey point-block office tower seeks a minimal footprint while conveying transparency and lightness despite its scale. Its placement and proportions are calibrated between the projected station corridor, the comb-like administrative buildings, and the freestanding Villa Scholer ensemble.
The tower makes a deliberate statement: it releases generous green space and dissolves its outer layer into the existing and newly planted park trees, acting as a solitary landmark within a campus typology — rooted in the park yet rising above it.
The modular main structure is developed as a ring, from inside to outside.
A wrapping metal construction carries semi-transparent photovoltaic modules and fabric blinds for summer sun protection. This spatial mesh acts as a veil — a transparent reference to the precise, modular timber structure behind it — creating a fluid transition between interior and exterior.

Der Entwurf des neuen Stadions integriert sich harmonisch in die umgebende Landschaft und Topografie. Die Gebäudegeometrie greift die charakteristische Flächigkeit des Sportparks und des Mauerparks auf und überführt sie in ein zeitgemäßes, barrierefreies Konzept. Der historische Kontext bleibt für die Nutzer erlebbar. Der zentrale Boulevard verbindet das Stadion mit den Sportpark-Gebäuden und schafft eine attraktive Begegnungs- und Aktivitätszone. Das asymmetrische Stadionvolumen öffnet sich zum Boulevard hin, während die Erschließung durch zwei Rampen entlang des Trümmerhügels eine uneingeschränkt inklusive Zugänglichkeit für alle Nutzer gewährleistet.
